Users can only get set up with Prospect using a link sent to their email by an admin.

You will have the option to do this for new users or for existing users.

If you are adding a new user, the ‘Send Instructions’ checkbox will be selected by default. Hit Confirm to add your new user with their installation email sent to them.

To send a new installation link to an existing user, hover over the 3 dots icon next to the user and hit Send Instructions.
