There are two ways to add new users to your company: you can add each user's email individually, or upload a CSV file to upload a list of emails.
Head on over to your admin and navigate to Add Users.
To add a new email, simply enter the email address in the email field and hit Add.
To import a list of users into your organization, click Upload CSV and Prospect will automatically detect and upload the email column for you.
To send the installation link and assign a profile all in one action, check the box next to Send Instructions and select a Profile from the drop down. Click Confirm to save your changes.
HEADS UP
“... cells were ignored because they didn’t include a valid email” only means that Prospect ignored all other cells without an email. Your CSV file was imported successfully.
