Unable to view sequences or cadences on the Prospect side panel?

If your Outreach or Salesloft sequences/cadences are not appearing in the Prospect side panel when you click the banner at the top, this is typically caused by a sync or connectivity issue. Please follow the steps below to resolve it:

Option 1: Check your sequences/cadences status

  • Go into Outreach or Salesloft.

  • Make sure the sequence/cadence you’re looking for is set to Active.

  • Inactive sequences will not appear inside Prospect.

Option 2: Refresh the integration connection

  1. In the Prospect side panel, click the Outreach/Salesloft icon on the top right.

  2. Toggle the connection Off and close the Prospect side panel

3. Next, open the Prospect side panel and click the Gear icon (⚙️) in the top right of the side panel.

4. Select Outreach/Salesloft and click Connect to re-establish the integration.

This will refresh your connection and usually resolves any sync issues.

After these steps, your sequences/cadences should appear as expected.
