Welcome to Prospect! This guide will walk you through the essential features and steps to effectively use the Prospect tool.

Outreach/Salesloft Tools: Connect by clicking on the gear icon on top right corner for a seamless workflow.

3. Individual Prospecting
When you visit a LinkedIn profile, the Prospect side-panel should show a verified email and phone number.
Click Insert or Update to add it to your Salesforce and Outreach/Salesloft.
Note: Ensure the right sequence/cadence is selected on the top banner
4. Bulk prospecting
You can also prospect at scale using Sales Navigator. Here’s how:

Insert and update all contacts in one go. Or pick individually using the dropdown if you prefer.Lightning Bolts vs Checkmarks
⚡ = New contact (not in Salesforce)
✔️ = Existing contact
Click the ⚡ to instantly push new contacts to Salesforce and Outreach/Salesloft.Manual Push
Click a contact card → pick a sequence at the top (Outreach/Salesloft banner) → wait for email/phone to load → click Insert/Update.
Note: Prospect shows Insert for net new contacts and Update for existing contacts
5. Account
When you're on a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator Account page, Prospect works like a Salesforce sidekick.
Open the Account card to view and edit Salesforce fields, no need to switch tabs.
Here’s what you’ll see:
Opportunities: View all deals, click to open in Salesforce
Activities: Track who did what and when, all clickable
Saved Contacts: See all contacts already in Salesforce
Lead Recommendations: Get smart lead suggestions based on past contact pushes and your ICP
Quick Tip: Click the bell icon (top right) to see contacts you've inserted/updated who’ve recently changed jobs.
