If your Prospect page is stuck on the "Welcome" screen, try the following steps to resolve the issue.
Option 1: Check for Chrome Updates
Sometimes, an outdated browser can cause issues with extensions.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the top-right corner of Chrome.
Go to Help > About Google Chrome.
3. If there are updates available, Chrome will install them automatically.
4. Relaunch Chrome once the update is complete.
5. Then, try reopening the Prospect tab or clicking on the pinned Prospect extension.

Option 2: Log Out and Log In Again
Sometimes a simple logout and login can fix session-related issues.
Click this link to log out: https://api.tryprospect.com/user/logout
You’ll be redirected to a login page — click “Get started with Salesforce” to sign in.
3. Once you see the welcome page, relaunch Prospect via the tab or pinned extension.

Option 3: Reinstall the Prospect Extension
Click the Extensions (puzzle icon) in Chrome.
Click the three dots next to Prospect and choose Remove from Chrome.
3. Confirm by clicking Remove.
4. On the “We’re sorry to see you go” screen, scroll down and click Reinstall Chrome Extension.
5. Then click Add to Chrome.
6. Relaunch Prospect via the tab or pinned extension.
