Switching Between Leads and Contacts

In Prospect you will find two separate views or modes you can choose from:

Lead Mode allows you store your prospects as a Salesforce lead.

Contact Mode allows you to store your prospects at the Salesforce account level.

To verify which mode you are working in, navigate to the  Settings cog at the top right of your sidebar to expand the dropdown.

If you are in Lead Mode, you will see ‘Switch to Contacts’.

If you are in Contact Mode, you will see ‘Switch to Leads’.
